In offering insolvency services i.e. receivership, liquidation and judicial management assignments, we have a team of highly skilled & experience personnel who will provide professional approach in offering advice from initial discussions to post completion focusing on practical solution to each assignment.
In the insolvency practice, we identify that the primary objective of a winding up is the collection & distribution of assets pari passu amongst unsecured creditors after payment of preferential debts.

Mr. Ong Kong Lai
Mr. Ong Kong Lai is a chartered accountant of New Zealand graduating from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He also holds a Bachelor of Industrial Management Degree from Nanyang University, Singapore. He is a Chartered Accountant boasting over forty years of professional and management experience and also a founding partner of an accounting firm, viz. Ong & Wong which was established in 1977, which offers a wide spectrum of accounting services. He is a licensed auditor and liquidator and currently acting as liquidator, receiver and manager of companies including public listed ones which are involved in a wide spectrum of businesses.
Mr. See Kim Huat (Bradley)
Bradley See, a graduate of the CIMA (UK) has been involved in the insolvency practice for more than twenty years where he was involved in the administration and winding up of Companies that engages diverse industry sectors including public listed Companies. Prior to that, he was also engaged with an accounting firm in Australia that specialises strictly on insolvency assignments.
Mr. Ong Koon Liang (Louis)
A graduate from the University of Manchester, England obtaining a Bachelor of Arts and Economics (Hons) in Accounting, Louis has since been involved for many years in the professional accounting practice in audit and assurance, serving an impressive list of public listed companies and large SMEs spanning a wide spectrum of industries. Additionally he is involved in financial due diligence reviews, reporting accountant engagements on initial public offerings and fund raising exercises. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (FCCA) and a registered partner with the Audit Oversight Board.
Mr. Syner Lok
He is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of hands-on experience across diverse industries. His extensive career spans various sectors, including technology, finance, manufacturing, e-commerce, consultancy and property development. His key areas of expertise is in strategic planning and operations management within multiple industries.
Presently he is on board of the membership committee of FIABCI Malaysia and is actively involved in providing consultancy services for renewal energy and ESG development in Malaysia. In the global perspective he is collaborating with foreign investors for business development in Malaysia.
